Malcolm D. Hampton, husband of former Crawfordsville resident, Margaret Minnich died Jan 31, in West Long Branch, NJ. Mr. Hampton was born in Long Branch and lived in the area most of his life. He was employed as a mechanical engineer technician at Camp Evans. Active in YMCA work since 1950, he was named YMCA “Man of the Year” by a New Jersey group in 1967. He is survived by his widow and 3 sons, Mark W., Brett D and Drew D all at home. Services were Feb 4 with burial in Glenwood Cemetery.-- kbz
